Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work motivation and work ethic simultaneously or partially on the performance of non-ASN employees in the Buleleng Regency youth and sports education office. The research design used in this study is causal quantitative. This study used saturated sample with 50 respondents. The instrument used in data collection was a questionnaire and the analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are (1) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of non ASN employees in the Disdikpora Buleleng, (2) work ethic has a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of non ASN employees in the Disdikpora Buleleng office environment, and (3) ) work motivation and work ethic have a significant effect on the performance of non-ASN employees in the Disdikpora Buleleng
