Abstrak

This study aims to examine the influence of leadership and competence on the performance of employees of the Village Credit Institution, either simultaneously or partially. The research design used in this research is causal quantitative. The subjects in this study were active LPD employees. And the object of this research is leadership, competence and employee performance. Determination of the sample in this study using purposive sampling technique. The number of samples used was 33 respondents. The instrument used in data collection was a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used was multiple linear analysis. The results of this study are (1) leadership and competence have a significant effect on employee performance, (2) leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
