This study aims to obtain descriptive findings regarding the causes of employee work indiscipline. This study used data collection methods with participatory observation techniques, in-depth interviews, documentation, FGDs, and triangulation, then the data were analyzed by qualitative descriptive. The research findings show that the cause of the indiscipline of the Seririt District Office employees is caused by two aspects, namely (a) organizational aspects and (b) employees being the cause of employee indiscipline. The efforts made to overcome employee work indiscipline through two approaches, namely (a) organizational and (b) individual approaches.
