This study aims to find out how the spirituality of the workplace and the determinants of work discipline of PT. Tirta Mumbul Jaya Abadi employees in Singaraja. The research design in this study is causal quantitative. The object of the research is workplace spirituality, compensation, and work discipline. The sample in this study were employes of PT. Tirta Mumbul Jaya Abadi which operates 50 people. Data was collected by using a questionnaire technique which was analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that, (1) workplace spirituality had a positive and significant effect on work discipline, (2) compensation had a positive and significant effect on work discipline, (4) workplace spirituality and compensation had a positive and significant impact on work discipline of PT.Tirta Mumbul Jaya Abadi in Singaraja.
