Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan passing pasif segitiga dan passing sambil bergerak terhadap akurasi passing pada siswa ekstrakurikuler SMK Negeri Purwosari, adapun masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu belum adanya metode latihan dan variasi latihan akurasi passing. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis eksperimen menggunakan model pretest dan posttest. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa ekstrakurikuler futsak SMK Negeri Purwosari dengan jumlah 20 atlet. Untuk menentukan sampel menggunakan random sampling serta menggunakan ordinal pairing A-B-B-A. Prosedur kegiatan penelitian ini mencakup: (1) Pre-test (2) Pembagian kelompok (3) Perlakuan (4) Post-test. Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 24, dengan analisis uji t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan latihan passing pasif segitiga dan passing sambil bergerak terhadap akurasi passing pada siswa ekstrakurikuler SMK Negeri Purwosari. Terbukti bawah pelatihan passing pasif segitiga dan passing sambil bergerak sangat mempengaruhi akurasi passing sehingga atlet lebih percaya diri.
