Model Aligned and Skilled Learning pada Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar

Pandemi Covid-19 mengakibatkan adanya proses belajar yang hilang (learning loss), degradasi karakter, dan kurangnya pemahaman terhadap materi pembelajaran yang bermuara pada rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah pengembangan Model Aligned and Skilled Learning untuk Mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan desain dan produk (design and development) dengan menggunakan Model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementatian, Evaluation). Tahapan penelitian ini yaitu tahap Analysis, Design dan Development. Tahap analisis (analysis) bertujuan untuk menganalisa perlunya pengembangan model pembelajaran. Tahap desain (design) yaitu merancang produk yang akan dibuat serta konten yang akan diisi (dalam hal ini konten buku). Tahap pengembangan (development) adalah proses mewujudkan blue-print atau desain menjadi sebuah produk. Pada tahap ini dilakukan dengan penyusunan buku mengenai model pembelajaran aligned and skilled. Kemudian tahap pengembangan dilanjutkan dengan uji validasi ahli. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan Model Aligned and Skilled Learning dilakukan menghasilkan sebuah buku referensi berjudul “Teori dan Aplikasi Model Aligend and Skilled Learning”. Validitas model aligned and skilled learning memiliki kategori baik dengan hasil analisis data uji validitas ahli bahasa memperoleh nilai rata-rata (mean) sebesar 2,6 yang berada pada kategori cukup baik dan hasil analisis data uji validitas ahli konten memperoleh nilai rata-rata (mean) sebesar 3,8 yang berada pada kategori sangat baik. model aligned and skilled. learning memiliki kategori baik dan hasil kepraktisan model aligned and skilled learning memiliki kategori sangat baik. Efektivitas model aligned and skilled learning dapat dicermati melalui perbedaan secara signifikan capaian skor karakter mahasiswa pada kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok control.
