Prosperity is a dream and hope for everyone worldwide and for honorary teachers in Indonesia. Civil servant teachers and honorary teachers have the same duties, but there are gaps, such as the government's low level of attention to honorary teachers. This research analyzes the relationship between self-acceptance and subjective well-being in honorary teachers. The type of this research is quantitative research. This research uses a non-probability sampling technique, namely quota sampling. The subjects in this research were 101 honorary teachers with a minimum age range of 25 years who had worked as honorary teachers for at least 4 years. The data collection method uses the Self-Acceptance Scale and subjective well-being scale, which consists of the Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS), Positive affect, and Negative Affect Schedule (PANAS). The data analysis method used is Spearman rank correlation. From the data analysis, it was found that there was a significant positive relationship between self-acceptance and subjective well-being in honorary teachers. Thus, honorary teachers should be able to adapt themselves well in order to have good subjective well-being.
