PENGARUH PELATIHAN SCISSOR JUMP DAN ALTERNATE LEG BOUND TERHADAP DAYA LEDAK OTOT TUNGKAI

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan scissor jump dan alternate leg bound terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian the randomized control goup pre-test post test design. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa putra SMP PGRI Gianyar 3 Ubud tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 sebanyak 60 orang. Daya ledak otot tungkai di ukur dengan menggunakan vertical jump test, selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan uji Anava one way pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 dan dilanjutkan dengan uji lanjut (LSD) untuk memperoleh perbandingan. Data dianalisis dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0.
Berdasarkan hasil uji Anava one way variabel daya ledak otot tungkai untuk kelompok pelatihan scissor jump dengan signifikansi 0,000 dan kelompok pelatihan alternate leg bound dengan signifikansi 0,000, signifikansi lebih kecil dari pada α (Sig < 0,05), sehingga hipotesis penelitian “pelatihan scissor jump dan alternate leg bound berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai” diterima. Dari hasil uji anava one way yang didapatkan pada kedua kelompok pelatihan tersebut maka terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan pelatihan scissor jump dan alternate leg bound terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. Berdasarkan hasil uji LSD kelompok pelatihan scissor jump (12,050) lebih baik dibandingkan pelatihan alternate leg bound (10,650) terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa; 1) pelatihan scissor jump berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai pada siswa putra SMP PGRI Gianyar 3 Ubud tahun pelajaran 2013/2014, 2) pelatihan alternate leg bound berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai pada siswa putra SMP PGRI Gianyar 3 Ubud tahun pelajaran 2013/2014, 3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan scissor jump dan alternate leg bound terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, dimana pelatihan scissor jump lebih baik dari pada pelatihan alternate leg bound terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai pada siswa putra SMP PGRI Gianyar 3 Ubud tahun pelajaran 2013/2014.

The aims of the study were determined the effect of training jump scissor and leg bound alternate of explosive leg muscle. Method of research was experimental method with randomized control goup pre-test post-test designed. The subjects of this study was the male students in SMP PGRI Gianyar 3 Ubud in academic year 2013/2014 number of 60 students. Explosive leg muscle power was measured by using a vertical jump test, then the data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA test at a significance level of 0.05 and was followed by a further test (LSD) for comparison. Data were analyzed with SPSS 16.0. Based on the results of the one-way ANOVA test variables explosive leg muscle power to scissor jump training group with a significance of 0.000 and group training alternate leg bound with a significance of 0.000, the significance is smaller than α (Sig <0.05), so the research of hypothesis is "scissor jump training and alternate leg bound to affect the increased leg muscle explosive power "is received. From the one-way ANOVA test results are obtained in both the training group then there is a difference between training influence training scissor jump and alternate leg bound to increase in leg muscle explosive power. Based on data analysis training group Scissor jump (12.050) is better than the alternate leg bound training (10,650) to the increase in leg muscle explosive power. From these results it can be concluded that; 1) scissor jump training effect on improvement of explosive power in the leg muscles by male of SMP PGRI Gianyar 3 Ubud in academic year 2013/2014, 2) training of alternate leg bound to affect the increased leg muscle explosive power on by the male of student SMP PGRI Gianyar 3 Ubud in academic year 2013 / 2014, 3) there is a difference between training effect and alternate leg scissor jump bound to explosive leg muscle power, which the scissor jump training is better than the alternate leg bound training. Both of them are to increase in leg muscle explosive power on by the male of student SMP PGRI Gianyar 3 Ubud in academic year 2013/2014.
