IMPLEMENTASI PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TGT UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR LOMPAT JAUH

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar lompat jauh melalui implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT pada siswa kelas XI IPA 4 SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja. Jenis penelitian PTK yaitu guru sebagai peneliti. Dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus yang terdiri dari tahapan perencanaan, tindakan, observasi/evaluasi dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IPA 4 SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja berjumlah 36 orang, terdiri dari 19 orang putra dan 17 orang putri. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data untuk aktivitas belajar lompat jauh pada observasi awal 4,72 (kurang aktif), dan pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 6,72 (cukup aktif) dan 7,33 (aktif) pada siklus II. Sedangkan persentase hasil belajar lompat jauh dari observasi awal sebesar 16,66% (sangat kurang), pada siklus I 47,22% (sangat kurang) dan 80,55% (baik) pada siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas dan hasil belajar lompat jauh meningkat melalui implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT pada siswa kelas XI IPA 4 SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Disarankan kepada guru penjasorkes dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT, karena terbukti efektif untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar.
Abstract: This study aimed at improving the activity and learning outcome of basic long jumps through implementing the Cooperative Learning Method in TGT on XI IPA 4 students of SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja. This research is a classroom action research which is the teacher as researcher. This study was conducted in two cycles which consist of planning stages, action, observation / evaluation and reflection. The subjects were XI IPA 4 students of SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja; which amounted of 36 students that consisted of 19 male and 17 female students. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics. Based on the results of the data analysis for learning activities of basic long jumps at preliminary observations was 4.72 (less active category), and in the first cycle increased by 6.72 (moderate active category) and in the second cycle was 7.33 (active category). While the percentage of learning outcome of basic long jumps in the preliminary observations was 16.66% (very less category), in the first cycle was 47.22% (very less category) and in the second cycle was 80.55% (good). Based on the results of data and the discussion, it could be concluded that the activities and learning outcomes of basic long jumps on XI IPA 4 students of SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja in the academic year 2013/2014 was increased through implementing Cooperative Learning Method in TGT type. This study is recommended to the Penjasorkes teachers to use this cooperative learning method in TGT type, because it had been proved that it could be effective to enhance the activity and learning outcomes.
