IMPLEMENTASI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF NHT MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR TOLAK PELURU

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar tolak peluru melalui implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT pada siswa kelas VIII D SMP Negeri 1 Abang tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII D SMP Negeri 1 Abang, yang berjumlah 31 orang dengan rincian 19 siswa putra dan 12 siswa putri. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan aktivitas belajar tolak peluru pada observasi awal 5,41 mengalami peningkatan sebesar 70,96% dari siklus I menjadi 7,55 dan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 12,90% pada siklus II menjadi 8,29. Sedangkan ketuntasan hasil belajar pada observasi awal 34,4% meningkat sebesar 67,74% pada siklus I menjadi 71,6% dan terjadi peningkatan sebesar 19,35% menjadi 87,09% pada siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas dan hasil belajar tolak peluru meningkat melalui implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT pada siswa kelas VIII D SMP Negeri 1 Abang tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Disarankan kepada guru penjasorkes SMP Negeri 1 abang untuk mengimplementasikan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT karena dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar tolak peluru pada siswa.
Abstract: This study aims to improve the activity and learning outcomes through the implementation of the shot put cooperative learning model NHT students of VIII D SMP Negeri 1 Abang academic year 2013/2014. Subjects were VIII D SMP Negeri 1 Abang, totaling 31 people with the details of 19 male and 12 female student. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis. Based on the results, the shot put learning activities preliminary observations 5,41 an increase of 70,96% from the first cycle to 7,55 and an increase of 12.90% in the second cycle to 8.29. While mastery of learning outcomes at the beginning of observation 34,4% increased by 67,74% in the first cycle to 71,6% and an increase of 19,35% to 87,09% in the second cycle. Based on the results of the data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the activity and improved learning outcomes through the implementation of the shot put cooperative learning model NHT students of VIII D SMP Negeri 1 Abang academic year 2013/2014. Suggested for teachers SMP Negeri 1 Abang to implement cooperative learning model NHT because it can increase activity and learning outcomes on student shot put.
