PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF GI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR BERGULING SENAM LANTAI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar teknik dasar berguling (roll) senam lantai pada siswa kelas X F SMA Negeri 1 Kubutambahan tahun pelajaran 2013/2014”. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitiannya adalah siswa kelas X F SMA Negeri 1 Kubutambahan yang berjumlah 39 orang terdiri dari 28 orang siswa putra dan 11 orang siswa putri. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian aktivitas pada siklus I secara klasikal adalah 7,76 pada kategori aktif dan hasil belajar mencapai 56,41%, pada siklus II aktivitas belajar secara klasikal adalah 8,36% pada kategori aktif dan hasil belajar mencapai 89,74%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, simpulan penelitian ini adalah aktivitas dan hasil belajar teknik dasar Berguling (Roll) Senam Lantai meningkat melalui Penerapan Kooperatif Tipe GI. Disarankan kepada guru penjasorkes dapat menerapakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe GI dalam proses pembelajaran karena dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar Berguling (Roll) Senam Lantai.Kata Kunci : GI, Aktivitas dan Hasil Belajar Senam Lantai (Roll)
This study aims to improve activity and the learning outcomes of Gymnastics (roll) through the Implementation of GI Cooperative Learning Model to Improve Activity and the Learning Outcomes of Basketball Passing. This study was an action research, in which the teacher was the researcher. The research subject was X F class of Junior High School No 1 Kubutambahan in which consists of 39 students. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistical analysis. The result of the first cycle classically was 7,76 in a fairly active catagory and the learnig outcomes achieved 56.41%. The activity of the second cycle classically was 8,36 in the active category and the learning outcomes was at 89,74%. Based on the data analysis and discussion, the conclusion of the research was the activty and learning outcomes of the basic techniques of basketball passing improved through the implementation of GI cooperative learning model. It is recomended for the teachers to implement GI cooperative learning model into the learning process in order to increase the activity and learning outcomes of the basic techniques Gymnastics.
