IMPLEMENTASI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE STAD UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PASSING BOLA BASKET

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar teknik dasar passing bola basket melalui implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD pada siswa kelas VIII.1 SMPN 3 Kuta Selatan tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menggunakan 2 siklus. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 40 siswa terdiri dari 9 siswa putra dan 31 siswa putri. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode lembar observasi aktivitas belajar siswa dan tes unjuk kerja, selanjutnya dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif. Hasil analisis data secara klasikal pada siklus I, tingkat aktivitas 6,64 (cukup aktif) dan hasil belajar teknik dasar passing bola basket 58,7% (kurang). Siklus II secara klasikal tingkat aktivitas 7,93 (aktif) dan hasil belajar teknik dasar passing bola basket 95,00% (sangat baik). Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat dinyatakan bahwa terjadi peningkatan aktivitas belajar sebesar 1,29 dan hasil belajar 44,3% dari siklus I ke siklus II. Berdasarkan analisis data dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas dan hasil belajar teknik dasar passing bola basket meningkat melalui implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD pada siswa kelas VIII.1 SMPN 3 Kuta Selatan tahun pelajaran 2013/2014.Kata Kunci : STAD, passing bola basket
The main target of this research to improve the learning process and the result of basic training basket ball trough the implementation type of cooperative study or in Indonesia we called it implementation of cooperative learning model type STAD on VIII.1 grade of junior high school in SMPN 3 Kuta Selatan on period of study 2013 until 2014. This research categorized as field class study used 2 cycles. The subject of this research 40 person 9 boys and 31 girls. The data colacted from questioner and the data anylized with descriptic from the statistic. The result of the data that analized classically from the first cycle, the activity 6,64 (enough active) and learning result of basic training passing technique of basket ball 58,7% (minus). Second cycle classically the activity 7,93 (active) and learning result of basic training passing technique of basket ball 95,00% (excellent). According to the data could be simplified that there is improvement 1,29 and the learning result 44,3% from the first cycle to the second one. For general conclucion from analiyzed data and the study could be concluded the activity and the learning result basic training passing technique of basket ball improved through type of cooperative study (STAD) on VIII.1 class in SMPN 3 Kuta Selatan period of study 2013 until 2014.
