PENERAPAN PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TGT UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR LOMPAT JAUH

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar teknik dasar lompat jauh melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT pada siswa kelas VIII.i SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yaitu guru sebagai peneliti. Dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus yang terdiri dari tahapan perencanaan, tindakan, observasi/evaluasi dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII.i SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja berjumlah 23, terdiri dari 11 siswa putra dan 12 siswa putri. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data untuk aktivitas lompat jauh pada observasi awal secara klasikal sebesar 6,3 (kurang aktif), dan pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 7,5 (cukup aktif) dan 8,5 (aktif) pada siklus II. Sedangkan persentase hasil lompat jauh pada observasi awal secara klasikal sebesar 30,43% (sangat kurang), pada siklus I 69,57%% (cukup baik) dan 91,30% (sangat baik) pada siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas dan hasil teknik dasar lompat jauh siswa meningkat melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT pada siswa kelas VIII.i SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014. Untuk itu disarankan kepada guru penjasorkes untuk menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil lompat jauhKata Kunci : Kooperatif TGT, aktivitas, hasil belajar, lompat jauh.
This study aims to improve the activity and results of learning basic techniques long jump through the implementation of cooperative learning model TGT on VIII.i grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja academic year 2013/2014 . This research is a classroom action research is the teacher as researcher . Conducted in two cycles consisting of stages of planning , action , observation / evaluation and reflection . Subjects were VIII.i grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja numbered 23 , consisting of 11 boys and 12 female student . Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics . Based on the analysis of data for the activity of the long jump at the beginning of the classical observation of 6.3 ( less active ) , and the first cycle increased to 7.5 ( moderately active ) and 8.5 ( active ) in the second cycle . While the percentage of the long jump at the beginning of the classical observation by 30.43 % ( very less ) , 69,57% in the first cycle ( pretty good ) and 91.30 % (excellent ) on the second cycle . Based on the analysis of data it can be concluded that the activity and the results of the basic techniques of the long jump increased student through the application of cooperative learning model TGT on VIII.i grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja Academic Year 2013/2014 . It is recommended to teachers Penjasorkes to use TGT cooperative learning model to enhance the activity and the results of the long jump.
