PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN NHT UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR TEKNIK PASSING BOLA BASKET

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar teknik passing bola basket melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHTpada siswa kelas XI IPA 5 SMA Negeri 1 Semarapura. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yaitu guru sebagai peneliti. Dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 26 orang siswa, terdiri dari 14 orang siswa putra dan 12 orang siswa putri. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data untuk aktivitas belajar teknik passing bola basket pada observasi awal 4,96 (kurang aktif), dan pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 6,81(cukup aktif) dan 7,8(aktif) pada siklus II. Analisis data hasil belajar teknik passing (chest pass dan bounce pass) bola basket dari observasi awal sebesar 19,23% (kurang aktif), pada siklus Ihasil belajar meningkat sebesar 42,3% menjadi 61,53% (cukup baik) dan meningkat sebesar 30,77% menjadi92,30% (baik) pada siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas dan hasil belajar teknik passing bola basket meningkat melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT pada siswa kelas IPA 5 SMA Negeri 1 Semarapura tahun pelajaran 2013/2014.Disarankan kepada guru penjasorkes untuk menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT, karena terbukti efektif untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar.Kata Kunci : NHT, aktivitas, hasil belajar, passing bola basket.
This research aimed to improve activity and outcomes of learnig of basket ball passing technique through the implementation of cooperative learning model NHT type on students class XI IPA 5 SMA Negeri 1 Semarapura. This study was action-based research which was the teacher as the reseacher. The study was conducted in two cycles. The subject of the study was 26 students consisted of 14 male students and 12 female students. Based on the result of data analysis for learning activity of basket ball passing technique, on the pre-observation was 4.96 (less active), on the cycle I improved to be 6.81 (quite active), and 7.8 (active) on the cycle II. The data analysis of learning outcomes of basket ball passing technique (chest pass and bounce pass) on pre-observation was 19.23% (less active), on the cycle I, the learning outcomes improved 42.3% to be 61.53% (quite good), and improved of 30.77% to be 92.30% (good) on cycle II. Based on the result of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that activity and outcomes of learning basket ball passing technique improved through the implementation of cooperative learnig model NHT type on students class XI IPA 5 SMA Negeri 1 Semarapura in academic year 2013/2014. It was suggested to Penjasorkes teacher to implement cooperative learnig model NHT type, because it have proven effective in improving student' activity and outcomes of learning.
