IMPLEMENTASI MODEL KOOPERATIF (NHT) MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR TEKNIK PASSING VOLI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar teknik passing (passing bawah dan passing atas) bola voli melalui implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas, yaitu guru sebagai peneliti yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, terdiri dari rencana tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan evaluasi serta refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII B SMP Negeri 4 Kubutambahan, sejumlah 27 orang, yaitu 18 orang perempuan dan 9 orang laki-laki. Data dianalisis menggunnakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil analisis data aktivitas belajar secara klasikal teknik passing bola voli pada siklus I adalah 6,7 ( cukup aktif), dan meningkat menjadi 7,8( aktif) pada siklus II. Sedangkan persentase hasil belajar secara klasikal pada siklus I adalah 74,07% (kurang baik), dan meningkat menjadi 100% (sangat baik) pada siklus II. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas dan hasil belajar teknik passing (passing bawah dan passing atas) bola voli meningkat melalui implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT pada siswa kelas VIII B SMP Negeri 4 Kubutambahan tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Disarankan kepada guru Penjasorkes agar implementasi model pembelajaran ini karena terbukti dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar teknik passing bola voli.Kata Kunci : Model Pembelajaran, aktivitas, hasil belajar, bola voli
This study is aimed at improving students’ activity and their learning result of passing technique (passing down and passing on) in volly ball. The technique was application through NHT cooperative learning method. This research is a class action research in which the teacher’s role as the researcher within two cycles, including action plan, performance, observation, evaluation and self-reflection. The subject was 27 students of VIII B class in SMP Negeri 4 Kubutambahan consisting 18 girls and 9 boys. The data was analyzed using statistic descriptive method. The activity result using classical technique in the first cycles was 6,7 ( moderately active) as it increased into 7,8 ( active) in the second cycles. Meanwhile, the first cycles showed 74,07% ( not good ) as the result of learning. It increased into 100% (very good) in the second cycles. It can be concluded that the students’ ability in learning passing technique (passing down and passing on) was improved through the application of NHT cooperative learning method. It was suggested to the teacher to application the method as it resulted in improving students’ activity and learning result.
