IMPLEMENTASI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN TGT UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR BOLA BASKET

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar passing melalui implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT pada siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Katolik Santo Paulus Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2012/2013. Penelitian ini tergolong dalam penelitian tindakan kelas dengan guru sebagai peneliti. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, terdiri dari rencana tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi atau evaluasi dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Katolik Santo Paulus Singaraja, berjumlah 11 orang (4 putra dan 7 putri). Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Dari analisis data, diperoleh aktivitas belajar passing secara klasikal pada siklus I sebesar 7,1% (aktif), meningkat sebesar 1,6% menjadi 8,7% (aktif) pada siklus II. Ketuntasan hasil belajar secara klasikal pada silkus I adalah 81,8% (baik) dan pada silkus II meningkat 18,2% menjadi 100% (sangat baik). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas dan hasil belajar Passing meningkat melalui implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT pada siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Katolik Santo Paulus Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2012/2013.
Abstract: This study is aimed at improving students’ activity and their learning result of (passing) on basket for XI IPS students at SMAK Santo Paulus Singaraja in the academic year of 2012/2013. This research was a class action research in which the teacher’s role as the researcher. This study was conducted in 2 cycles, including planning, action, observation and reflection. The subject was 11 students of SMAK Santo Paulus Singaraja consist of 7 female and 4 male students. Data was analyzed by descriptive statistic. In classical result of learning activity, in cycle I there were 7.1% improvements (active) and in cycle II it reached 8.7% which were categorized very active. Learning activity got 1.6% improvements. On learning result, in cycle I it reached 81,8% (good), and in cycle II it reached 100% which was categorized very good. Based on findings and discussion, it can be concluded chest pass and bounce that learning activity and result were improved by implementing cooperative learning model type TGT on XI IPS students at SMAK Santo Paulus Singaraja.
