IMPLEMENTASI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN QUANTUM UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR TEKNIK DASAR PASSING BOLA VOLI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar teknik dasar passing bola voli melalui implementasi model pembelajaran quantum pada siswa kelas VIII A SMP Negeri 4 Baturiti.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yaitu guru sebagai peneliti. Dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus yang terdiri dari tahapan perencanaan, tindakan, observasi/evaluasi dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII A SMP Negeri 4 Baturiti berjumlah 25, terdiri dari 12 siswa putra dan 13 siswa putri. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data untuk aktivitas belajar teknik dasar passing bola voli pada observasi awal 5,22 (kurang aktif), dan pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 6,14 (cukup aktif) dan 8,55 (aktif) pada siklus II. Sedangkan persentase hasil belajar teknik dasar passing bola voli dari observasi awal sebesar 0% (sangat kurang), pada siklus I 96% (cukup baik) dan 100% (sangat baik) pada siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa teknik dasar passing bola voli meningkat melalui implementasi model pembelajaran quantum pada siswa kelas VIII A SMP Negeri 4 Baturiti tahun pelajaran 2013/2014.Kata Kunci : Quantum, aktivitas, hasil, bola voli.
This study aims to improve the activity and results of learning the basic techniques of volleyball passing through the implementation of the quantum model of learning in class VIII A 4 Baturiti.Penelitian Junior High School is the teachers' action research as a researcher . Conducted in two cycles consisting of stages of planning , action , observation / evaluation and reflection . Subjects were eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 4 Baturiti A numbered 25 , consisting of 12 boys and 13 female student . Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics . Based on the results of data analysis techniques for learning activities on the basis of passing a volleyball preliminary observations 5.22 ( less active ) , and the first cycle increased to 6.14 ( moderately active ) and 8.55 ( active ) in the second cycle . While the percentage of passing learned the basic techniques of volleyball preliminary observations at 0 % ( very less ) , in the first cycle 96 % ( pretty good ) and 100 % ( very good ) in the second cycle . Based on the analysis of data and discussion is concluded that the activity and the learning outcomes of students passing the basic techniques of volleyball improved through the implementation of quantum learning model in the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 4 Baturiti A school year 2013/2014 .
