IMPLEMENTASI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE NHT UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR ROLL SENAM LANTAI

Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar berguling senam lantai melalui implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT pada siswa kelas XI IPA 3 SMA Negeri 1 Kubu tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Penelitian ini adalah PTK yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IPA 3 SMA Negeri 1 Kubu, berjumlah 30 orang siswa dengan 15 siswa putra dan 15 siswa putri. Hasil analisis data pada siklus I aktivitas belajar berguling ke depan secara klasikal sebesar 7,66 (aktif), dan pada siklus II sebesar 9,11 (sangat aktif). Dari siklus I ke siklus II mengalami peningkatan sebesar 1,45. Aktivitas belajar berguling ke belakang secara klasikal sebesar 8,08 (aktif), dan pada siklus II sebesar 9,14 (sangat aktif). Dari siklus I ke siklus II mengalami peningkatan sebesar 1,6. Persentase hasil belajar berguling ke depan secara klasikal pada siklus I sebesar 66,67% (cukup baik), dan pada siklus II sebesar 86,67% (sangat baik). Dari siklus I ke siklus II mengalami peningkatan sebesar 20%. Persentase hasil belajar berguling ke belakang secara klasikal pada siklus I sebesar 63,33% (kurang baik), dan pada siklus II sebesar 90% (sangat baik). Dari siklus I ke siklus II mengalami peningkatan sebesar 26,67%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas dan hasil belajar berguling senam lantai meningkat melalui implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT pada siswa kelas XI IPA 3 SMA Negeri 1 Kubu tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Disarankan kepada guru penjasorkes untuk menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT karena dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar berguling senam lantai.Kata Kunci : NHT, aktivitas, hasil belajar, berguling senam lantai.
This research was aims to improve the activity and learning outcomes of rolling in gymnastics floor through the implementation of cooperative learning model NHT type in class XI IPA 3 of SMAN 1 Kubu in Academic Year 2013/2014 . This study was a PTK which was conducted in two cycles . The subjects of the study were 30 students consisted of 15 male and 15 female students. The results of data analysis on the cycle I of learning activity of foward roll clasically was 7.66 ( active ) , and the cycle II was 9.11 ( very active ) . From the cycle I to the cycle II increased by 1.45. Learning activity of back roll on cycle I clasically was 8.08 ( active ) , and the cycle II was 9.14 ( very active ) . From the first cycle to the second cycle increased by 1.6. Percentage of learning outcomes of forward roll on the cycle I clasically was 66.67 % (quite good ) , and the cycle II was 86.67 % (excellent ) . From cycle I to cycle II was increased by 20 % . While the percentage of learning outcomes of back roll on the cycle I clasically was 63.33 % ( not good ) , and the cycle II was 90 % ( very good ) . From the first cycle to the second cycle increased by 26.67 % . Based on the data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the activity and learning outcomes of rolling gymnastic floor increased through the implementation of cooperative learning model NHT type in class XI IPA 3 of SMAN 1 Kubu in Academic Year 2013/2014 . It is recommended to penjasorkes teachers to use cooperative learning model NHT type because it can increase activity and learning outcomes of rolling in gymnastics floor .
