PENERAPAN METODE BERCERITA BERBANTUAN MEDIA PAPAN FLANNEL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN BERBAHASA LISAN PADA ANAK KELOMPOK A PAUD BINTANG MANDIRI JIMBARAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa lisan anak melalui penerapan metode bercerita berbantuan media papan flannel pada anak kelompok A semester II PAUD Bintang Mandiri School Jimbaran Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) atau Classroom Action Research. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah anak kelompok A semester II PAUD Bintang Mandiri School Jimbaran tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Data kemampuan berbahasa lisan dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode non tes (wawancara/percakapan) dengan instrumen lembar wawancara. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan analisis pada siklus I diketahui pencapaian kemampuan berbahasa lisan sebesar 68,4% dengan kategori sedang. Sedangkan pada siklus II pencapaian kemampuan berbahasa lisan sebesar 85,15% dengan kategori tinggi. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui penerapan metode bercerita berbantuan media papan flannel dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa lisan pada anak kelompok A semester II PAUD Bintang Mandiri School Jimbaran Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014.Kata Kunci : metode bercerita, media papan flannel, kemempuan berbahasa lisan.
This study aims to determine increasing of the abilities in spoken language of children through the implementation the story telling method assisted media flannel board of the group A second semester of PAUD Bintang Mandiri School Jimbaran in academic year 2013/2014.This study is an action research or classroom action research. The subjects in this study were children in group A second semester of PAUD Bintang Mandiri School Jimbaran in academic year 2013/2014. The data of abilities was collected by using non-test method (interviews/conversations) with the conversations instruments. The obtained data was analysied by using descriptive statistical analysis quantitative. In the first cycle, the achievement of the abilities in spoken language of 68,4% in the middle category. While in the second cycle the achievement of the abilities in spoken language of 85,15% in the high category. Therefore, it can be concluded that by applying the story telling method assisted media flannel board can improve the spoken language abilities of children group A second semester of PAUD Bintang Mandiri School Jimbaran in academic year 2013/2014.
