Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Think Pair Share Berbantuan Media Lotto Warna dan Bentuk untuk Meningkatkan Perkembangan Kognitif Anak Kelompok B3 Semester II TK Kumara Adi I Denpasar Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan perkembangan kognitif mengenal warna dan bentuk setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran think pair share berbantuan media lotto warna dan bentuk pada anak kelompok B3 semester II di TK Kumara Adi I Denpasar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah 18 anak yang terdiri dari 6 laki-laki dan 12 perempuan. Data penelitian perkembangan kognitif dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode observasi dengan instrumen berupa lembar observasi. Data hasil penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif, metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan perkembangan kognitif dengan penerapan model pembelajaran think pair share berbantuan media lotto warna dan bentuk yang ditunjukkan pada hasil siklus I sebesar 60,17% pada kriteria rendah mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II menjadi 85,56% pada kriteria tinggi. Hal tersebut menunjukkan adanya peningkatan persentase rata-rata anak dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 25,86%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran think pair share berbantuan media lotto warna dan bentuk dapat meningkatkan perkembangan kognitif pada anak kelompok B3 TK Kumara Adi I Denpasar.Kata Kunci : model pembelajaran think pair share, media lotto warna dan bentuk, perkembangan kognitif
This study aims to determine the increase in cognitive development recognize colors and shapes as applied learning model Think Pair share media aided lotto color and shape in the second half B3 group of children in kindergarten Kumara Adi I Denpasar. This research is a classroom action research (PTK) carried out in two cycles. Subjects were 18 children consisting of 6 men and 12 women. Cognitive development research data in this study were collected by using observation method with instruments such as observation sheet. Data from this study were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis, descriptive analysis method qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The result showed that an increase in cognitive development with application of learning models think pair share media aided lotto colors and shapes shown in the results of the first cycle of 60.17% on low criteria increased in the second cycle into 85.56% in the high criteria. This shows an increase in the average percentage of children from the first cycle to the second cycle of 25.86%. It can be concluded that the application of learning models think pair share media aided lotto colors and shapes can enhance cognitive development in children Kumara kindergarten group B3 Adi I Denpasar.
