PENERAPAN METODE BERMAIN BERBANTUAN MEDIA LOTTO UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN KOGNITIF PADA ANAK KELOMPOK B1

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan kognitif setelah penerapan metode bermain berbantuan media lotto pada anak Kelompok B1 PAUD Candra kasih Denpasar Semester II Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah Anak Kelompok B1 PAUD Candra Kasih Denpasar Semester II Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016, sebanyak 16 orang. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode observasi dan instrument pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif dan metode analisis statistik deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kognitif setelah penerapan metode bermain berbantuan media lotto pada anak Kelompok B1 PAUD Candra Kasih Denpasar Semester II Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016 sebesar 17,57%. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari adanya peningkatan rata-rata persentase kemampuan kognitif anak pada siklus I sebesar 67,18% dengan kriteria sedang menjadi sebesar 84,75% pada siklus II yang berada pada kriteria tinggi. Dengan demikian penerapan metode bermain berbantuan media lotto mampu meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif anak kelompok B1 PAUD Candra Kasih Denpasar Semester II Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016.Kata Kunci : metode bermain, media lotto, dan kemampuan kognitif
This study aims to determine the increase of cognitive abilities after applied of playing metodh by using lotto media to children in group B1 PAUD Candra Kasih Denpasar semseter II in academic year 2015/2016. This research is a classroom action research (PTK) that conducted in two cycles. The subject of the research is to children in group B1 PAUD Candra Kasih Denpasar semester II in academic year 2015/2016, there are 16 children. Collecting data in this research conducted by the method of observation and instrument in collecting data that used is observation sheet. In this research using descriptive statistical analysis method and quantitative descriptive statistical analysis method. The result of research indicate that exist improvement cognitive after application of playing method by using lotto media to children in group B1 PAUD Candra Kasih semester II in academic year 2015/2016 in the amount of 17,57%. This can be seen from the increase in the average percentage of cognitive abilities of children at the first cycle of 67,18% with medium criteria become in the amount of 84,75% in the second cycle that get high criteria. Thus, the application of playing method by using lotto media is able to improve cognitive abilities to children in group B1 in PAUD Candra Kasih semster II in academic year 2015/2016.
