Pengenalan pendidikan seks menjadi urgensi yang perlu diberikan kepada anak sejak dini untuk mencegah maraknya fenomena kekerasan seksual yang terjadi di Indonesia. Selain itu, kurangnya pemahaman anak tentang pelecehan seksual dan bahaya di sekitarnya membuat anak tetap diam saat dilecehkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh game SKIDU (Sex Kids Education) sebagai upaya pengenalan pendidikan seks pada anak usia 5-6 tahun. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre-ekperimen dengan desain one group pretest-posstest tanpa adanya kelas control. Sampel dalan penelitian ini sebanyak 10 anak usia 5-6 tahun. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari observasi dan dokumentasi. Instrumne pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan menggunakan uji hipotesis (paired sample t-test). Hasil yang diperoleh adanya perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan menggunakan game SKIDU (Sex Kids Education). Penggunaan game SKIDU (Sex Kids Education) berpengaruh dalam pengenalan pendidikan seks anak usia 5-6 tahun. Disimpulkan bahwa Penggunaan game SKIDU (Sex Kids Education) dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan anak mengenai pendidikan seks.
