About the Journal

Jurnal Pendidikan Bahasa Jepang (JPBJ) is an open-access scientific, peer-reviewed journal published by the Japanese Language Education Program, Faculty of Languages and Arts, Ganesha University of Education. JPBJ is a fully refereed academic research journal that aims to spread original, theoretical, and practical advances in multidisciplinary research findings related to Japanese Language, Japanese Culture, and Japanese Language Education. JPBJ creates a bridge between research and development for researchers and practitioners nationally and globally.

JPBJ was first published in 2012 and has been published consistently three times a year in February, July, and November. JPBJ is accredited by the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education, the Republic of Indonesia, which is ranked Fifth (Rank 5, Sinta 5).

JPBJ publishes articles that emphasize research, development, and application within the fields of linguistics,literature studies, culture studies, Education with related Japanese language. All manuscripts will be reviewed by the editor and if appropriate, sent for blind peer review.
