HUBUNGAN TINGKAT UPAH DENGAN PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA PADA PERUSAHAAN KECAP SUMBER RASA DI DESA TEMUKUS

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat upah terhadap produktivitas kerja pada perusahaan kecap sumber rasa di Desa Temukus. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 30 orang karyawan pada perusahaan tersebut. Metode analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah korelasi produk moment. Alat uji yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah SPSS versi 19. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Pemberian upah tenaga kerja di Perusahaan Kecap Sumber Rasa di Desa Temukus, adalah dengan sistem bulanan dan ditambah dengan uang lembur, tunjangan hari raya serta uang tunjangan kesehatan dengan rata-rata Rp. Rp. 1.354.166,66. 2) Produktivitas kerja karyawan di Perusahaan Kecap Sumber Rasa di Desa Temukus tergantung pada upah yang diterima dengan rata-rata 4666.66 botol 3) Korelasi tingkat upah dengan produktivitas kerja karyawan di perusahaan kecap Sumber Rasa di desa Temukus berhubungan sebesar 0,862 (86,2%) dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diikutsertakan dalam penelitian ini.

This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of wages on labor productivity in the company soy sauce flavor source in the village of Temukus. Population and sample in this research is as much as 30 employees in the company. Data analysis method used to test the hypothesis is product moment correlation. Test equipment used to test the hypothesis was SPSS version 19. Results of this study were 1) Provision of labor in the Company Ketchup Source Rasa Village Temukus, is the monthly system and coupled with overtime pay, holiday allowance and medical allowance money with an average of Rp. Rp. 1,354,166.66. 2) Productivity of employees at the Company Ketchup Source Rasa Village Temukus depending on the wages earned by an average of 4666.66 bottle 3) wage level correlation with labor productivity in the company soy source in the village of Temukus related Sense of 0,862 (86.2%) and the rest influenced by other factors not included in this study.
