KONDISI SOSIAL EKONOMI PENAMBANG GALIAN C DI DESA LENEK DAYA KECAMATAN AIKMEL KABUPATEN LOMBOK TIMUR NTB

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk. (1) mendeskripsikan kondisi sosial ekonomi penambang galian C dilihat dari tingkat pendapatan, (2) mendeskripsikan kondisi sosial ekonomi penambang galian C dilihat dari tingkat pendidikan, (3) mendeskripsikan kondisi sosial ekonomi penambang galian C dilihat dari keadaan rumah tinggal, dan (4) mendeskripsikan kondisi sosial ekonomi penambang galian C dilihat dari kedudukan di dalam masyarakat. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Lenek Daya. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah penambang galian C di Desa Lenek Daya yang berjumlah 50 orang. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah sosial-ekonomi penamabang galian C yang dilihat dari tingkat pendapatan, tingkat pendidikan, keadaan rumah tinggal, dan kedudukan di dalam masyarakat. Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, selanjutnya dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sosial-ekonomi penambang galian C (1) dilihat dari tingkat pendapatan semua pendapatan penambang galian C masih berada di bawah Upah Minimum Kabupaten (UMK) Lombok Timur Tahun 2015. (2) dilihat dari tingkat pendidikan hanya 30 orang dari 50 orang penambang yang mampu menyelsaikan program pendidikan wajib belajar 9 tahun. Dilihat dari pendidikan anak-anaknya hanya 89 orang yang menempuh pendidikan wajib belajar 9 tahun dari 113 anak-anak penambang galian C (3) dilihat dari keadaan rumah tinggal masih banyak penambang galian C yang belum memenuhi syarat kesehatan, keamanan, dan sosia, karena dari 50 rumah hanya 29 yang belum memenuhi syarat kesehatan, keamanan, dan sosial. dan (4) dilihat dari kedudukan di dalam masyarakat masih ada yang tidak menjadi pengurus organisasi formal dan organisasi non formal.

This research aims to (1) describe the social-economy conditions of miners dugouts C seen from the level of income, (2) describe the social-economy conditions of miners dugouts C seen from the level of education, (1) describe the social-economy conditions of miners dugouts C seen from the conditions of the houses, and (4) describe the social-economy conditions of miners dugouts C seen from the position in society. This research belongs to descriptive research. This research was conducted in the village of Lenek Daya. The subject in this research is miners dugouts C in the village of Lenek Daya which amounted to fifty people. The object in this research is social-economy of miners dugouts C seen from the level of income, the level of education, the condition of houses, and the position in society. Data collected with interview, observation, and documentation. Then analyzed with descriptive technique. The result of the research showed that the social-economy of miners dugouts C (1) seen from the level of income, all the income of the miners dugouts C still below the minimum wage of regency of East Lombok 2015. (2) Seen from the level of education, only 30 of the 50 miners dugouts C who were able to complete the program of education the nine year compulsory. Seen from the education of their children only 89 peoples who were able to complete the program of education nine year compulsory from 113 childrens of miners dugouts C. (3) Seen from the condition of house, there are still many miners dugouts C who have not fulfilled health requirements, safety, and social. Because from the 50 houses there are 29 houses which have not fulfilled health requirements, safety, and social. And (4) seen from the position in society there is still not be an admin of the formal organization and non-formal organization.
