Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1)lingkungan pengendalian, (2)penaksiran risiko, (3)aktivitas pengendalian, (4)informasi dan komunikasi, (5)pengawasan atas siklus pendapatan pada Departemen Food & Beverage di Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) lingkungan pengendalian atas siklus pendapatan pada Departemen Food & Beverage di Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa berkategori baik, (2) penaksiran risiko atas siklus pendapatan pada Departemen Food & Beverage di Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa berkategori baik, (3) aktivitas pengendalian atas siklus pendapatan pada Departemen Food & Beverage di Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa berkategori baik, (4) informasi dan komunikasi atas siklus pendapatan pada Departemen Food & Beverage di Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa berkategori baik, (5) pengawasan atas siklus pendapatan pada Departemen Food & Beverage di Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa berkategori baik.

This research is aimed to (1) environment control, (2) risk approximation, (3) control activities, (4) information and communication, (5) monitoring of the revenue cycle of the Food & Beverage Departement in Nusa Dua Hotel & Spa. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative. The data were collected by questionnaire and then that has been used was descriptive analysis. The results showed that (1) environment control of the revenue cycle of the Food & Beverage Departement in Nusa Dua Hotel & Spa are in good category. (2) risk approximation of the revenue cycle of the Food & Beverage Departement in Nusa Dua Hotel & Spa are in good category. (3) control activities of the revenue cycle of the Food & Beverage Departement in Nusa Dua Hotel & Spa are in good category. (4) information and communication of the revenue cycle of the Food & Beverage Departement in Nusa Dua Hotel & Spa are in good category. (5) monitoring of the revenue cycle of the Food & Beverage Departement in Nusa Dua Hotel & Spa are in good category.
