PERSEPSI WISATAWAN TERHADAP OBJEK WISATA AIR SANIH DITINJAU DARI TEORI 4A (ATTRACTION, ACCESSIBILITY, AMENITIES, ANCILLARY)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi wisatawan terhadap objek wisata Air Sanih ditinjau dari teori 4A (Attraction, Accessibility, Amenities, Ancillary). Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode angket dan wawancara, yang kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh wisatawan yang berkunjung ke objek wisata Air Sanih serta pihak pengelola objek wisata Air Sanih. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 100 responden yang diambil dari pengunjung selaku wisatawan yang datang ke objek wisata Air Sanih Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, persepsi wisatawan terhadap objek wisata Air Sanih ditinjau dari teori 4A (Attraction, Accessibility, Amenitis, dan Ancillary) termasuk dalam kategori kurang positif dengan rata-rata skor 53,94. Jadi perbaikan dan peningkatan perlu dilakukan oleh pihak pengelola Air Sanih untuk menambah jumlah kunjungan ke Objek Wisata tersebut.

This study aims to determine the perception of tourists to Air Sanih review of the theory of 4A (Attraction, Accessibility, Amenities, Ancillary). Data collection methods used in this study is a questionnaire method and interviews are then analyzed descriptively. Population in this study are all tourists who visit to the Air Sanih as well as the management of Air Sanih. The sample used is as much as 100 respondents taken from visitors as tourists who come to Air Sanih. The results of research show the perception of tourists to the object of Air Sanih tourism reviewed from the attraction, accessibility, amenities, and ancillary included in the category less positive with an average score of 53,94. So repairs and improvements need to be done by the management of Air Sanih to increase the number of visits to the Tourism Object.
