PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN DISCOVERY LEARNING BERBANTUAN LEMBAR KERJA SISWA (LKS) TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR PADA MATA PELAJARAN PENGOLAHAN PENYAJIAN MAKANAN ( P2M) SISWA KELAS XI JASA BOGA DI SMK TRIATMA JAYA SINGARAJA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran discovery learning berbantuan LKS terhadap hasil belajar P2M siswa kelas XI Jasa boga di SMK Triatma Jaya Singaraja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen dengan desain Nonequivalent Posttest Only Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI jasa boga berjumlah 104 orang orang yang terbagi menjadi tiga kelas yaitu XI JB 1, XI JB 2, XI JB 3. Sampel penelitian adalah teknik random sampling untuk menentukan kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode tes untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa dan metode angket untuk mengetahui respon siswa. Berdasarkan analisis dengan statistic deskriptif nilai rata-rata kognitif kelas eksperimen sebesar 80,75 kontrol sebesar 75,43. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji-t diperoleh thitung sebesar 3,06 sedangkan ttabel 2,00 dengan taraf signifikansi 5% adalah 2,00. Hal ini berarti, thitung>ttabel, sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran discovery learning berbantuan LKS terhadap hasil belajar P2M siswa kelas XI Tata Boga di Triatma Jaya Singaraja. Data hasil respon siswa yang diperoleh yaitu sebesar 87% maka respon siswa terhadap model Discovery Learning berbantuan LKS baik.

This study aims to determine the effect of learning assisted discovery P2M class learning models of students on learning outcomes of LKS SMK XI Triatma Jaya Singaraja catering service. This type of research was quasi-experimental with the Nonequivalent Posttest Design Only Control Design Group. The population of this study was all students of class XI catering service amounting to 104 people divided into three classes, namely XI JB 1, JB XI 2, XI JB 3. The research sample was a random technique sampling research data to determine experimental class and control class. Collection is done by methods to find out learning outcomes and methodologies to find out the response. Based on the analysis with descriptive statistics the cognitive average value of the experimental class was 80.75 control at 75.43. Based on the results of the t-test calculation, it is calculated that 3.06 while the 2.00 table with a significance of 5% is 2.00. This means, t count> t table, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows that the influence of the learning learning model is guided by the worksheets on P2M learning outcomes of participants of class XI of the Education Council in Triatma Jaya Singaraja. The results of student response data obtained were 87% of responses to the Discovery Learning model assisted by LKS.
