PENGARUH PRAKTIK KERJA INDUSTRI (PRAKERIN) DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA ALUMNI BIDANG KEAHLIAN TATA BOGA SMKN 4 DENPASAR

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh praktik kerja industri dan motivasi terhadap kinerja alumni bidang keahlian tata boga SMKN 4 Denpasar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasi dengan pendekatan ex-post-facto. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitia ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner dengan instrument angket untuk mengetahui pengaruh praktik kerja industri, motivasi, terhadap kinerja alumni bidang keahlian tata boga SMKN 4 Denpasar tahun 2016/2017. Berdasarkan analisis dengan uji regresi sederhana diperoleh hasil nilai signifikan untuk baris X1 sebesar Fhitung 0,000 nilai ini lebih kecil dari Ftabel sebesar 0,05. Serta besar pengaruh praktik kerja industri terhadap kinerja alumni adalah 98,7%. dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, dan nilai signifikan untuk baris X2 Fhitung sebesar 0,046 nilai ini lebih kecil dari Ftabel sebesar 0,05. Serta besar pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja alumni adalah 98,6%. dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Berdasarkan analisis regresi ganda diperoleh hasil nilai signifikan X1 dan X2 masing-masing Fhitung sebesar 0,000 dan 0,006 kedua nilai ini lebih kecil dari Ftabel sebesar 0,05. Dengan besar pengaruh praktik kerja industri dan motivasi terhadap kinerja alumni adalah 98,4% . Ini berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara praktik kerja industri dan motivasi terhadap kinerja alumni bidang keahlian tata boga SMKN 4 Denpasar tahun 2016/2017.

This study aimed at determining the effect of industrial internship and motivation on the alumni performance in the field of culinary at SMKN 4 Denpasar. This research was correlation research with ex-post facto approach. Data collection of this research was conducted using a questionnaire method assisted by questionnaire instrument. Based on the analysis using simple regression test, the results showed that the significant value for line X1 of Fcount was 0,000, this value was smaller than Ftable that was 0.05, and the effect of industrial internship on alumni performance was 98.7%. Thus, H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted, and the significant value for the X2 Fcount was 0.046 which was smaller than the Ftable that was 0.05. Moreover, the effect of motivation on the alumni performance was 98.6%. Thus, it can be concluded that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. Based on the multiple regression analysis, it was obtained that the significant values of X1 and X2 respectively Fcount was 0,000 and 0.006, both of these values were smaller than Ftable that was 0.05. The effect of industrial internship and motivation on alumni performance was 98.4%. Therefore, there was a significant effect between industrial internship and motivation on the alumni performance in the field of culinary at SMKN 4 Denpasar in the year 2016/2017
