PENGARUH PELATIHAN PASSING INSIDE OF THE FOOT DAN OUTSIDE OF THE FOOT TERHADAP TEKNIK PASSING PADA SISWA EKSTRAKURIKULER SEPAKBOLA DI SMP NEGERI 2 SINGARAJA TAHUN 2018

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan passing inside of the foot terhadap teknik passing sepakbola, (2) pengaruh pelatihan passing outide of the foot terhadap teknik passing sepakbola, dan (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan passing inside of the foot dengan passing outide of the foot terhadap teknik passing sepakbola. Sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 34 orang. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified pre-test post-test group design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut (1) pelatihan passing inside of the foot berpengaruh terhadap teknik passing sepakbola, dengan hasil thitung= 7.37> ttabel = 2,03, (2) pelatihan passing outside of the foot berpengaruh terhadap teknik passing sepakbola, dengan hasil thitung= 7,50> ttabel = 2,03, dan (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan passing inside of the foot dengan passing outside of the foot terhadap teknik passing sepakbola thitung= 0,26Kata Kunci : pelatihan passing, passing inside of the foot, passing outide of the foot

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of passing inside of the foot training on football passing techniques, (2) the effect of passing outide of foot training on football passing techniques, and (3) the difference in influence between training passing inside of the foot by passing outide of the foot against footballing techniques. The sample in the study amounted to 34 people. The method used is quasi experiment with the modified pre-test post-test group design. Data analysis used t-test statistic at significance level (α) 0,05. The result of the research is as follows: (1) training passing inside of the foot effect on footballing technique, with tcount = 7.37> ttable = 2.03, (2) passing outside of the foot training effect on footballing technique, = 7,50> ttable = 2.03, and (3) there is no difference of influence between training passing inside of the foot with passing outside of the foot against footballing technique tcount = 0,26 keyword : passing training, passing inside of the foot, passing outide of the foot
