Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh latihan interval training terhadap daya tahan atlet pencak silat, (2) pengaruh latihan fartlek terhadap daya tahan atlet pencak silat, (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara latihan interval training dan fartlek terhadap daya tahan atlet pencak silat. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling dengan teknik undian. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet junior putra pencak silat PSHT kabupaten Buleleng Tahun 2019 dengan sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified pre-test post-test group design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05 bantuan komputer program SPSS 16,0 For Windows. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut (1) pelatihan interval training berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya tahan, dengan hasil thitung = 18,506> ttabel = 2,145, (2) pelatihan fartlek berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya tahan, dengan hasil thitung=15,561> ttabel = 2,145, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan interval training dengan fartlek terhadap peningkatan daya tahan thitung=0,047 Kata Kunci : pelatihan interval training, pelatihan fartlek, peningkatan daya tahanThis study aims to determine (1) the effect of interval training for endurance of pencak silat, (2) the effect of fartlek training for the endurance oof pencak silat, (3) the difference in influence between interval training and fartlek for endurance of pencak silat. Sample technique used is random sampling. Subjects in this study are male junior athlete pencak silat PSHT Kabupaten Buleleng with the sample used this research amounted to 30 peoples. This research uses experimental method with the modified pre-test post-test group design. Data analysis using t-test statistic at significance level (α) 0,05 computer aid program SPSS 16 for windows. The result of the research is as follows: (1) interval training influence to the endurance of pencak silat, with tcount = 18,506> ttable = 2,145, (2) fartlek on the endurance of pencak silat, with tcount=15,561> ttable = 2,145, and (3) there is a no difference of influence between interval training with fartlek on the endurance of pencak silat with tcount=0,047 keyword : endurance of pencak silat, interval training, fartlek training
