PENGARUH PELATIHAN DROP PASS DAN GIVE AND GO PASS TERHADAP TEKNIK PASSING PADA SISWA EKSTRAKURIKULER SEPAKBOLA SMA NEGERI 1 SUKASADA TAHUN 2019

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan drop pass terhadap teknik passing sepakbola, (2) pengaruh pelatihan give and go pass terhadap teknik passing sepakbola, (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan drop pass dengan give and go pass terhadap teknik passing sepakbola. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling dengan teknik undian. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa putra ekstrakurikuler sepakbola di SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada Tahun 2019 dengan sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified pre-test post-test group design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05 bantuan komputer program SPSS 16,0 For Windows. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut (1) pelatihan drop pass berpengaruh terhadap teknik passing sepakbola, dengan hasil thitung= 16,837 > ttabel = 1,7613, (2) pelatihan give and go pass berpengaruh terhadap teknik passing sepakbola, dengan hasil thitung= 12,220 > ttabel = 1,7613, dan (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan drop pass dengan give and go pass terhadap teknik passing sepakbola thitung= 0,212 Kata Kunci : teknik passing sepakbola, pelatihan drop pass, pelatihan give and go pass.

The sample technique used is random sampling with lottery techniques. The subjects in this study were male students of football extracurricular in SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada in 2019 with 30 samples used in this study. This study used an experimental method with the design of the modified pre-test post-test group design. Data analysis used t-test statistical calculations at the significance level (α) of 0.05 SPSS 16.0 For Windows program computer assistance. The results of the study are as follows (1) drop pass training has an effect on football passing techniques, with the results of tcount = 16.837> ttable = 1.7613, (2) give and go pass training influencing football passing techniques, with results tcount = 12,220> ttable = 1.7613, and (3) there is no difference in effect between drop pass training with give and go pass on football passing technique t count = 0.212 keyword : football passing techniques, drop pass training, give and go pass training.
