PENGARUH PELATIHAN DROP PASS DAN PUSH AND RUN TERHADAP AKURASI PASSING

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan drop pass terhadap akurasi passing sepakbola, (2) pengaruh pelatihan push and run terhadap akurasi passing sepakbola, (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan drop pass dengan push and rub terhadap akurasi passing sepakbola. Ekstrakurikuler sepakbola di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Buleleng yang berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified pre-test post-test group design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05 bantuan komputer program SPSS 16,0. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan drop pass berpengaruh terhadap akurasi passing sepakbola, dengan hasil thitung= 9,44 > ttabel = 2,09, (2) pelatihan push and run berpengaruh terhadap akurasi passing sepakbola, dengan hasil thitung= 5,00 > ttabel = 2,09, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan drop pass dengan push and run terhadap akurasi passing sepakbola thitung= 0,71 Kata Kunci : drop pass, push and run, akurasi passing.

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of drop pass training on football the accuracy of passing, (2) the effect of push and run training on football the accuracy of passing, (3) the difference in influence between drop pass training and push and run on football the accuracy of passing. Extracurricular football in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Buleleng amounted to 30 people. This research uses experimental semu with the modified pre-test post-test group design. Data analysis using t-test statistic at significance level (α) 0,05 computer aid program SPSS 16,0. The result of data analysis (1) drop pass training effect to football the accuracy of passing, with tcount = 9,44> ttable = 2.09, (2) push and run training effect effect to football the accuracy of passing, with tcount = 5 , 00> ttabel = 2.09, (3) there is no difference of influence between drop pass training with push and run on football the accuracy of passing, with tcount = 0,71 keyword : drop pass, push and run, passing accuracy.
