## Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan interval anaerob jarak 60-100 dan interval anaerob jarak 110-150 terhadap kecepatan lari 100 meter. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan the modified pre-test – post-test group design. Subyek penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang siswa berjenis kelamin putra. Tes yang digunakan lari 100 meter. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan (1)pelatihan interval anaerob jarak 60-100, dengan hasil thitung sebesar 5,701>ttabel=2,145, (2)pelatihan interval anaerob jarak 110-150, dengan hasil thitung= 5,528 > ttabel=2,145, dan (3)perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan interval anaerob jarak 60-100 dan jarak 110-150, dengan hasil thitung=1.323Kata Kunci : kecepatan, lari 100 meter, pelatihan interval anaerob

The aims of this study were to know, the impact anaerobic interval training 60-100 meters and anaerobic interval training 110-150 meters torward 100 meters running speed. The methode of this study was experiment methode, the subject are 30 male student. The design of this study was the modified pre-test and post-test design. the study used 100 meters running speed test. The data analysis of this study was statistical calculation t-test at 5% significant level. The result showed, 1) Anaerobic interval training 60-100 meters had impact 100 meters running speed with statistic tcount result 5,701 > ttable = 2,145. (2) Anaerobic interval training 110-150 meters had impact 100 meters running speed with statistic tcount result 5,528 > ttable = 2,145. (3)There was no difference impact betwen anaerobic interval training 60-100 meters and anaerobic interval training 110-150 meters torward 100 meters running speed with the same good impact to increase running speed.
