PENGARUH PELATIHAN BERBANTUAN PAPAN PELAMPUNG TERHADAP PENGUASAAN TEKNIK RENANG GAYA FRONT CRAWL

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan berbantuan papan pelampung terhadap penguasaan teknik renang gaya front crawl pada peserta ekstrakurikuler renang di SMK Pariwisata Triatma Jaya Singaraja tahun 2014. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah “eksperimental semu (quasi experimental). Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah the non-randomized control group pretest-posttest design. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 30 orang (terdiri dari 16 siswa putri dan 14 siswa putra) peserta ektrakurikuler renang di SMK Pariwisata Triatma Jaya Singaraja. Data hasil penelitian dilakuan pengujian hipotesis dengan uji t-independent untuk variabel penguasaan renang gaya front crawl t_hitung=1,277 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,009 pada taraf signifikansi α (0,05). Nilai signifikansi hitung variabel penguasaan teknik renang gaya front crawl lebih kecil dari signifikansi α (Sig < 0,05). Hal ini dapat disimpulkan adanya perbedaan yang nyata antara kelompok perlakuan dengan kelompok kontrol, dimana kelompok perlakuan pelatihan renang berbantuan papan pelampung mempunyai peningkatan hasil penguasaan teknik renang gaya front crawl yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. Disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan berbantuan papan pelampung berpengaruh terhadap penguasaan teknik renang gaya front crawl pada peserta ektrakurikuler renang di SMK Pariwisata Triatma Jaya Singaraja tahun 2014.Kata Kunci : Pelatihan, papan pelampung, penguasaan, renang gaya front crawl.
This study aims to determine the effect of training-aided engineering mastery float board to front crawl swimming style swimming extracurricular participants in SMK Pariwisata Triatma Jaya Singaraja 2014. Research used is "quasi-experimental (quasi-experimental). The research design used in this study is the non-randomized control group pretest-posttest design. Subject study of 30 people (consisting of 16 students and 14 student daughter's son) swimming extracurricular participants in SMK Pariwisata Triatma Jaya Singaraja. Research data hypothesis testing was done with independent t-test for variable control of the front crawl swimming style t_hitung = 1.277 with a significance value of 0.009 at significance level α (0.05). Significant value of the variable count mastery style front crawl swimming technique is smaller than α significance (Sig <0.05). It can be inferred the existence of significant differences between treatment groups with the control group, in which treatment group training assisted swimming float board control techniques have increased yields front crawl swimming style better than the control group. It was concluded that training assisted float board effect on swimming technique mastery style front crawl swimming in extracurricular participants in SMK Pariwisata Triatma Jaya Singaraja 2014.
