This study aimed to determine (1) the effect of training speed single leg hop on leg muscle power, (2) the effect of the double-leg speed hops leg muscle power. (3) variability in the effect of training speed single leg hop and dobule leg speed hops on muscle power limbs. Subjects were by boys volleyball extracurricular participants SMAN 1 Banjar 2014, amounting to 50 students. Data explosive leg muscle power was measured with a vertical jump test. This study used an experimental method to design the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Data analysis using statistical t-test calculation (t-test) at significance level of5%. The results of this study (1) the training speed of single-leg hop influence on leg muscle power, with the result t_hitung = 18.694> t_tabel = 2.063, (2) training of double-leg speed hops affect leg muscle power, with the result t_hitung = 10.473> t_tabel = 2.063 , (3) the training speed of single-leg hops give a better effect than the double-leg speed hops training on leg muscle power, seen with an average yield of 59.56> 54.48.
