This study aims to determine (1) the influence of speed training single leg hop to progressive increase leg muscle power, (2) the effect of incremental vertical hops to increase leg muscle power. (3) The difference in the effect of training single leg hops and incrimental vertical speed to increase muscle power limbs. Subjects were participants in extracurricular volleyball student of SMK N 1 Gianyar in 2014, amounting to 30 students. Data explosive power / limb muscle power was measured with a vertical jump test. This study used an experimental method to the design of the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Data were analyzed using t-test statistical calculations (t-test) at the 5% significance level. The results of the data analysis (1) training speed single leg hop influence on leg muscle power, with the result t_hitung = 14.35> t_tabel = 2.048, (2) double-leg speed hops training effect on leg muscle power, with the result t_hitung = 18, 19> t_tabel = 2.048, (3) incremental training vertical hops give a better effect than the training speed of single-leg hop on leg muscle power, seen with an average yield of 14.35> 18.19.
keyword : Power limb muscles, the training speed of single leg hops, hops vertical incremental training.
