PENGARUH PELATIHAN THREE CORNER DRILL DAN DOT DRILL TERHADAP KELINCAHAN ATLET KARATE KUMITE USIA 14-16 TAHUN DOJO MAHAKERTI JEMBRANA TAHUN 2015

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan three corner drill terhadap kelincahan, (2) pengaruh pelatihan dot drill terhadap kelincahan, (3) perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan three corner drill dan dot drill terhadap kelincahan. Subyek penelitian adalah atlet karate usia 14-16 tahun dojo Mahakerti Jembrana berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified two group pre-test-post-test design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes lompat jauh tanpa awalan. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan three corner drill berpengaruh terhadap kelincahan, dengan hasil thit = 10,33> ttab = 2,14, (2) pelatihan dot drill berpengaruh terhadap kelincahan, dengan hasil thit = 6,15> ttab = 2,14, (3) bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelatihan three corner drill dan dot drill terhadap kelincahan, dengan hasil thit = 0,08< ttab = 2,04. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan three corner drill terhadap kelincahan, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan dot drill terhadap kelincahan, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan three corner drill dan dot drill terhadap kelincahan.Kata Kunci : Pelatihan Three Corner Drill, Pelatihan Dot Drill, Kelincahan Karate
This study aims to determine (1) the effect of three corner drill training toward the agility, (2) the effect of dot drill training toward the agility, (3) the different of agility between the three corner drill training and dot drill training. The subjects of this research were 30 athlete karate kumite at 14-16 years old from Dojo Mahakerti Jembrana. This research was an appearance experimental study, with the modified two group pre-test – post-test design. The data collection test was using agility t-test. The data was analyzed using statistical calculations t-test at the 5% significance level. The results of this study are (1) the three corner drill training affected to the agility, with result thit = 10,33 > ttab = 2,14, (2) the dot drill training affected to the agility, with result thit = 6,15 > ttab = 2,14, (3) there was not differences in the agility between the three corner drill training and dot drill training, with result thit = 0,08> ttab = 2,04. The conclution of the study are (1) the three corner drill training affected to the agility, (2) the dot drill training affected to the agility, (3) there was not differences in the agility between the three corner drill training and dot drill training.
