Pengaruh Pelatihan Interval Anaerob Jarak 60-100 Meter Dan Jarak 110-150 Meter Terhadap Kecepatan Lari 100 Meter Pada Siswa Putra Kelas X Sma Negeri 1 Kubu Karangasem

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan interval anaerob jarak 60-100 dan interval anaerob jarak 110-150 terhadap kecepatan lari 100 meter. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan the modified pre-test – post-test group design. Subyek penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang siswa berjenis kelamin putra. Tes yang digunakan lari 100 meter. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan (1)pelatihan interval anaerob jarak 60-100, dengan hasil thitung sebesar 5,701>ttabel=2,145, (2)pelatihan interval anaerob jarak 110-150, dengan hasil thitung= 5,528 > ttabel=2,145, dan (3)perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan interval anaerob jarak 60-100 dan jarak 110-150, dengan hasil thitung=1.323<ttabel=2,048. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa (1)terdapat pengaruh pelatihan interval anaerob jarak 60-100 signifikan, (2)terdapat pengaruh pelatihan interval anaerob jarak 110-150, dan (3)tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan interval anaerob jarak 60-100 dan jarak 110-150 terhadap kecepatan lari 100 meter, dengan hasil peningkatan sama baik meningkatkan kecepatan lari.
