PENGARUH PELATIHAN DOUBLE LEG SPEED HOP DAN BOX JUMP TERHADAP POWER OTOT TUNGKAI PADA SISWA PESERTA EKSTRAKURIKULER BOLA VOLI SMA NEGERI 1 BLAHBATUH TAHUN 2015

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Pengaruh pelatihan double leg speed hop terhadap power otot tungkai, (2) Pengaruh pelatihan box jump terhadap power otot tungkai, dan (3) perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan double leg speed hop dan box jump terhadap power otot tungkai. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMA Negeri 1 Blahbatuh berjumlah 24 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test – post-test design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes vertical jump. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan double leg speed hop berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 7,30> ttab = 2,074, (2) pelatihan box jump berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 11,82> ttab = 2,074, (3) ada perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan double leg speed hop dan box jump, dengan hasil thit = 5,57> ttab = 2,074. Pelatihan double leg speed hop memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik dibanding pelatihan box jump terhadap power otot tungkai, dilihat dari hasil rata-rata = 70,83> 55,33. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh pelatihan double leg speed hop yang signifikan terhadap power otot tungkai, (2) ada pengaruh pelatihan box jump yang signifikan terhadap power otot tungkai, dan (3) ada perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan double leg speed hop dan box jump, dimana pelatihan double leg speed hop lebih baik dari pada pelatihan box jump terhadap power otot tungkai.

This study aims to determine (1) Effect of speed training double leg hop on leg muscle power, (2) Effect of training box jump to the leg muscle power, (3) the effect of speed training double leg hop and a jump box to leg muscle power. The subjects were male student extracurricular volleyball SMA 1 Blahbatuh numbered 24 people. This study used an experimental method to the design of the modified group pre-test - post-test design. Test data collection using vertical jump test. Analysis of data using statistical calculations t-test (t-test) at a significance level of 0.05. Results of data analysis (1) training speed double leg hop influence on limb muscle power, with the result thit = 7.30> ttab = 2.074, (2) training box jump effect on limb muscle power, with the result thit = 11.82> ttab = 2.074, (3) there is a difference between the effect of speed training double leg hop and jump box, with the result thit = 5.57> ttab = 2.074. Training speed double leg hops give better effect than training box jump to the leg muscle power, seen from the results mean = 70.83> 55.33. It was concluded that (1) there was an effect of speed training double leg hop significant leg muscle power, (2) no influence training box jump significantly to the limb muscle power (3) there are differences in the effect of speed training double leg hop and jump box, where training speed double leg hop is better than the training box jump to the leg muscle power.
