Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan plyometric single leg speed hop berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai pada bola voli, dengan hasil thitung= 4,880> ttabel = 2,145, (2) pelatihanincremental vertical hop berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai pada bola voli, dengan hasil thitung= 4,911> ttabel = 2,145, dan (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan plyometric single leg speed hop denganincremental vertical hop terhadap power otot tungkai pada bola voli thitung= 0,67 Kata Kunci : power otot tungkai, bola voli, pelatihan plyometric single leg speed hop, pelatihan incremental vertical hopThis study aims to determine (1) the effect of plyometric single leg speed hop training on muscle power leg on volleyball, (2) the effect of incrimental vertical hop training on muscle power leg on volleyball, and (3) the influence of plyometric single leg speed hop training with incremental vertical hop to limb muscle power on volleyball. This study using a quasi-experimental design with the modified pre-test post-test group design. Samples are participants of volleyball extracurricular in SMAN 2 Mengwi with totaling 30 person. The data analisis using statistical calculation t-test at significance level (α) 0.05. The results of data analysis (1) plyometric single leg speed hop training influence on muscle power limbs in volleyball, with the result t = 4.880> table = 2.145, (2) incremental vertical hop training influence on muscle power limbs in volleyball, with the result t = 4.911> table = 2.145, and (3) there is no difference between the effect of plyometric single leg speed hop training with incremental vertical hop on limb muscle power in volleyball t = 0.67 keyword : limb muscle power, volleyball, plyometric single leg speed hop training, incremental vertical hop training
