IMPROVING THE LEARNING OUTCOMES OF VOLLEYBALL MATERIAL THROUGH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE STAD TYPE COOPERATIVE LEARNING MODEL ASSISTED BY ICT MEDIA FOR GRADE XI STUDENTS OF SMA NEGERI 1 BANJARANGKAN FOR THE 2023/2024 ACADEMIC YEAR

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve volleyball PJOK learning outcomes through the application of the STAD-type cooperative learning model assisted by ICT media in class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Banjarangkan in the 2023/2024 academic year. Classroom Action Research (CAR) was carried out in two cycles, consisting of action plans, implementation of actions, observation and evaluation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were students of class XI MIPA 1 at SMA Negeri 1 Banjarangkan consisting of 35 students (15 boys and 20 girls). Data collection was carried out on 2 (two) aspects, namely aspects of knowledge and aspects of skills. Based on the results of initial observations, the learning outcomes of students of SMA Negeri 1 Banjarangkan obtained a percentage of knowledge of 42.9% and skills of 45.7%. In the analysis of learning outcomes in the first cycle, the knowledge aspect was 62.9% and the skill aspect was 68.6%. The learning outcomes of the second cycle on the knowledge aspect were 85.7% and the skill aspect was 94.3%. Based on the results of this study, it shows an increase through the application of the ICT-assisted type STAD cooperative learning model. It is known from the increase in the percentage of the average value of the cycle so that it is stated that through the application of the STAD type cooperative learning model assisted by ICT media can improve student learning outcomes. So it can be concluded that the PJOK learning outcomes of class XI MIPA students of SMA Negeri 1 Banjarangkan in volleyball material increased significantly after the implementation of the STAD-type cooperative learning model assisted by ICT media. Thus it is suggested to PJOK teachers to be able to apply the STAD-type cooperative learning model assisted by ICT media because it has been proven to significantly improve PJOK learning outcomes in volleyball material.
