Abstract

Strategi pembinaan terhadap narapidana ini untuk Mencegah Pengulangan Tindak Pidana. Kemudian dijabarkan kedalam submasalah yaitu bagaimana pelaksanaan pembinaan narapidana untuk mencegah pengulangan tindak pidana. dan hambatan-hambatan apa dalam pelaksanaan pembinaan narapidana dalam rangka mencegah pengulangan tindak pidana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pembinaan narapidana di Rumah Tahanan Negara Guna Mencegah Pengulangan Tindak pidana dan untuk mengetahui hambatan-hambatan dalam Pelaksanaan Pembinaan Narapidana dalam Rangka Mencegah Pengulangan Tindak Pidana.
