EVALUASI PENERAPAN COMMUNITY BASED CORRECTION PADA SISTEM PEMASYARAKATAN DI DALAM PROGAM PEMBINAAN LAPAS KELAS 1 MADIUN

Dalam hal ini kenaikan mutu dalam hal proses program pembinaan Warga Binaan pemasyarakatan di LAPAS, hingga membutuhkan diaplikasikannya program serta sebuah sistem yang baik serta benar dalam proses pembinaan di dalam Lembaga Pemasyarakatan. Program yang bermakna merupakan konsep Community Based Correction (CBC). Community Based Correction berarti suatu gagasan ataupun program pengganti pidana penjara (alternatif pemidanaan), dimana gagasan ini diimplementasikan kepada pelanggar hukum, spesialnya pidana ringan untuk menjalani pidananya dengan melakukan system kerja sosial. penelitian ini memiliki tujuan buat mengenali kedudukan makna CBC pada sistem pemasyarakatan dan gimana program pembinaan di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan melaksanakan gagasan Community Based Correction buat pada waktu yang hendak tiba. Hasil dari riset ini merupakan narapidana bisa melaksanakan program pembinaan di tengah- tngah warga lewat reintegrasi sosial.
