Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) Mengetahui penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tournaments (TGT) berbantuan LKS dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar PKn pada siswa kelas VIII C di SMP N 3 Singaraja, (2) Untuk mengetahui penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tournaments (TGT) berbantuan LKS dalam mata pelajaran PKn untuk meningkatkan sikap sosial siswa kelas VIII C di SMP N 3 Singaraja, (3) Untuk mengetahui kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelajaran PKn dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Times Games Tournaments (TGT) dengan berbantuan LKS. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan sebanyak dua siklus, dimana peneliti sebagai guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan dan penelitian, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII C SMP N 3 Singaraja dengan jumlah siswa 35 orang. Data hasil belajar dan sikap sosial dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif kemudian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Hasil peneliti menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar PKn siswa kelas VIII C SMP N 3 Singaraja. Pada siklus I diperoleh rata-rata hasil belajar PKn sebesar 66,97%. Sedangkan pada siklus II rata-rata hasil belajar PKn siswa sebesar 77,22%. (2) untuk sikap sosial siswa terhadap implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Times Games Tournaments (TGT) berbantuan LKS pada siklus I diperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 68,56%, sedangkan pada siklus II diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 84,89% dengan kategori positif.

ABSTRACT The parposes of this study were : (1) to find out the implementation of Teams Games Tournaments (TGT) learning assisted with student’s worksheet in increasing the student’s learning result in citizenship for the VIII grade student’s at SMP N 3 Singaraja, (2) To find out the implementation of the cooperative learning type of Teams Games Tournaments (TGT) assisted with stident’s worksheet to increase the student’s social behavior for VIII grade students at SMP N 3 Singaraja, (3) To find out the difficulties face in implementing Teams Games Tournaments (TGT) learning assisted with student’s worksheet in citizenship. This study was a classroom action rescarch wish was done in two cycles, where the rescharcer acted as the teacher in the teaching and learning process. Every cyclesconsisted of the planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subject of this study was the students in VIII C class at SMP N 3 Singaraja with 35 students consisted in one class. The data if the student’s learning result and social behavior was analyzed with the descriptive quantitative method and then the result would be submitted with questionnaire. The result of the study showed that : (1) the result of the students’ learning for the VIII C students at SMP N 3 Singaraja had increased. In cycle I the average of the students’ learning result in citizenship was 66,97%. Meanwhile, in cycle II the average of the students’ result in citizenship was 77,22%, (2) the average of the students’ social behavior on the implementation of the cooperative learning model of Teams Games Tournaments (TGT) assisted with student’s worksheet in cycle I was 68,59%, while the average of the students’ social behavior in cycle II was 84,89% with positive category.
