Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the level of work stress among employees at the Class IIB Muara Sabak Narcotics Prison. This type of research is quantitative research using Univariate tests using SPSS. The number of respondents to this research was 74 people. The research results show that the level of work stress among employees at the Class IIB Muara Sabak narcotics prison is very high.
