PENERAPAN MODEL PEMEBELAJARAN TIPE STAD UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS VII G

Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran PKn di Kelas VII G SMP Negeri 5 Singaraja (2) Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran PKn di Kelas VII G SMP Negeri 5, (3) Mengetahui Kendala-kendala yang di hadapi siswa dalam menerapkan model pembelajaran koperatif tipe STAD dan alternatif pemecahan masalahnya., Subjek penelitian ini adalah kelas VII G SMP Negeri 5 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 yang berjumlah 31 siswa dengan rincin 17 siswa laki-laki dan 14 siswa perempuan. Data hasil motivasi belajar siswa dikumpulkan melelui angket atau kuis sioner yang di bagikan k masing-masing siswa dan hasil belajar siswa dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa kelas VII G SMP Negeri 5 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Motivasi belajar siswa mengalami peningkatana dari sebelum penarap rata-rata motivasi siswa sebesar 58,9 yang termasuk culup termotivasi sedangkan sesudah peneran menjadi 71,06 yang termasuk kategori termotivasi dan hasil belajar yang di peroleh siswa pada siklus I dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 67,7 dan rata-rata hasil belajar pada siklus II meningkat menjadi sebesar 84,4. Dengan demikian maka Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Student Team Achievement Division dapat dijadikan prediktor untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa.Kata Kunci : Model Pemebelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Student Team Achievement Division,Hasil belajar, dan Motivasi
This research aims to (1) improve students’ learning outcome in PKn Subject of VII G class in SMP Negeri 5 Singaraja (2) improve the motivation of the students on Pkn Subject of VII G class in SMP Negeri 5 Singaraja, (3) Knowing the obstacles that faced by the students in implementing cooperative learning model for STAD type and the alternative way in problem solving. The subject of this research is VII G class in SMP Negeri 5 Singaraja academic year 2015/2016 which amounts 31 students namely 17 male students and 14 female students. Data of students’ outcome were collected through questionnaire which was shared to each student and students’ learning outcome was analyzed descriptively. The result of analysis showed that it occurred in increasing of motivation and students’ learning outcome of VII G class in SMP Negeri 5 Singaraja academic year 2015/2016. The motivation of the students in learning were quite enough motivated, then, after the implementation become 71,06 which categorized motivated and student’s learning outcome which was gotten by the students on the cycle I with the average of 84,4. Thus, Cooperative Learning Model Type of Students Team Achievement Division can be used as predictor for increasing the motivation and students’ learning outcome.
