IMPLEMENTASI PENDIDIKAN ANTI KORUPSI DALAM MATA PELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN KEWARGANEGARAAN DI SMK NEGERI 1 SINGARAJA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) implementasi pendidikan anti korupsi dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja, (2) kontribusi sekolah dalam implementasi pendidikan anti korupsi dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja dan (3) kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam implementasi pendidikan anti korupsi dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja beserta upaya pemecahannya. Jenis penelitian ini tergolong penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini ialah guru-guru PKn, dan siswa-siswi SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan pencatatan dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pendidikan anti korupsi dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja masih belum efektif. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam pengimplementasian pendidikan anti korupsi di SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja terdiri dari: (1) kendala internal berupa kurangnya pemahaman guru serta siswa mengenai pendidikan anti korupsi, dan (2) kendala eksternal berupa faktor lingkungan, perkembangan teknologi serta kurangnya pelatihan untuk guru. Kendala internal dapat diatasi dengan mencari sumber-sumber tentang pendidikan anti korupsi, untuk menambah wawasan guru dan siswa mengenai teori maupun pengimplementasian pendidikan anti korupsi. Kendala eksternal dapat diatasi dengan guru secara aktif melakukan diskusi bersama guru lainnya tentang integrasi pendidikan anti korupsi dalam proses pembelajaran, guru maupun pihak sekolah dapat memaksimalkan peran keluarga dan masyarakat dalam dunia pendidikan.Kata Kunci : Implementasi, Pendidikan Anti Korupsi, Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan.
This research purpose for find out about: (1) the implementation of anti – corruption study in civics education courses at SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja, (2) School contribution in implementation of anti – corruption study Civic Education courses at SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja, and (3) the problems faced in implementation of anti – corruption study at education of civics courses at SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja along with the solution effort. This kind of research is classified in descriptive,qualitative, subject of this research is a teachers of civic education and students of SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja. Data collected by interview, observation, and recorded document. Results of research showed in implementation of anti – corruption study at education of civics courses at SMK Negeri 1Singaraja, still not yet effective. The problems faced in implementation of anti – corruption study in education of civics courses at SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja as follow: (1) Internal problem is a lack understanding the teachers and students about education anti – corruption, and (2) External problem as environmental factor, technological developments, lack of training for teachers. Internal problem could be solving with searching the sources about education anti – corruption to increase insight of teachers and students about theory, or implementation education anti-corruption. External problem could be solving with doing active sharing discussion between teachers about education of integration anti – corruption inside learning process. Teachers or School should be maximizing contributions of family and public in the world of education.
