Kerajinan Gitar Ukir Indah Ukir Di Desa Tukad Mungga,Buleleng

Abstract

Artikel ini merupakan bagian dari penelitian dari “Kerajinan Gitar Ukir Indah Ukir Di Desa Tukad Mungga, Buleleng ”. Artikel ini bertujuam untuk mendiskripsikan: 1) sejarah berdirinya kerajinan gitar ukir Indah Ukir Di Desa Tukad Mungga, Buleleng. 2) bahan dan alat dalam pembuatan gitar ukir Indah Ukir Di Desa Tukad Mungga, Buleleng. 3) proses pengukiran pada body gitar di usaha Indah Ukir di Desa Tukad Mungga Kecamatan Buleleng Kabupaten Buleleng. 4) motif apa saja yang digunakan pada kerajinan gitar ukir Indah Ukir Di Desa Tukad Mungga, Buleleng. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara,dokumentasi, dan kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut (1) sejarah berdirinya kerajinan gitar ukir pada usaha Indah Ukir di Desa Tukad Mungga Kecamatan Buleleng Kabupaten Buleleng 2) Bahan yang digunakan yaitu Kayu Mahoni, Kayu sonokeling , Lem Epoxy dan Lem G., Amplas , Senar gitar , Tunning machine, Nut , Spul , Dempul Kayu atau Wood Fille, Cat Warna dan Clear Gloss Mowilex. 3) Alat yang digunakan terdiri Pahat. Pahat terbagi menjadi lima macam yaitu pahat lengkung atau penguku, pahat lurus, pahat penyisir, pahat penyekong serta pahat penatar kemudian Pengotok , Mal ukiran , Alat cetakan tabung gitar , Mesin Gergaji Pembelah , Mesin serut, Mesin gergaji jigshow, Bor tangan listrik , Gerinda, mesin router , Klem, yang teridri dari klem catok, klem F dan klem press, Kompresor dan Kapi.

Abstract

This article is part of a research from "Guitar Carving Crafts in Beautiful Carving Business in Tukad Mungga Village, Buleleng District, Buleleng Regency". This article aims to describe: 1) the history of the founding of the carved guitar at the Indah Carving business in Tukad Mungga Village, Buleleng District, Buleleng Regency. 2) materials and tools in the manufacture of carved guitars at the Indah Carving business in Tukad Mungga Village, Buleleng District, Buleleng Regency. 3) the process of engraving on the guitar body at the Indah Carving business in Tukad Mungga Village, Buleleng District, Buleleng Regency. 4) What motifs are used in the carving guitar at the Indah Carving business in Tukad Mungga Village, Buleleng District, Buleleng Regency. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, documentation, and literature. The results of the study are as follows (1) the history of the establishment of the carving guitar at the Indah Carving business in Tukad Mungga Village, Buleleng District, Buleleng Regency 2) The materials used are Mahogany wood, Sonokeling wood, Epoxy glue and G glue, Sandpaper, guitar strings, Tunning machine , Nut , Spool , Wood Putty or Wood Fille, Color Paint and Mowilex Clear Gloss. 3) The tool used consists of a chisel. Chisels are divided into five types, namely curved or curved chisels, straight chisels, combing chisels, supporting chisels and upgrading chisels then Pengotok, engraving malls, guitar tube molds, cleaver saws, shaver machines, jigshow saws, electric hand drills, grinders, router machine, Klem, which consists of vise clamps, F clamps and press clamps, Compressors and Kapi.
