ANALISA TEMERATUR ALAT PENGERING CENGKEH HIBRID STUDI KASUS DI DESA TAJUN BULELENG BALI

Abstract


Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui analisa temperature alat pengering cengkeh hybrid di desa tajun buleleng bali. Khususnya untuk memeriksa kinerja alat pengering cengkeh hybrid temperature yang di temukan di masing-masing rak dan membandingkan hasil pengeringan cengkeh dengan bahan kering alami. Pengeringan cengkeh di keringkan di atas rak tradisional. Metode penelitian ini R&D, sebagai berikut : (1) menentukan ukuran disain alat pengering cengkeh (2) menentukan bayaknya rak (3) pembelihan alat dan bahan yang di perlukan (4) perakitan alat pengering cengkeh (5) mengukur temperature dalam dan temperature luar alat pengering cengkeh hybrid. Fokus studi ini kinerja unit alat pengering hibrid yang telah di buat yaitu : (1) temperature cengkeh kering dari masing-masing rak. Hasil penelitian ini adalah unit pengering hybrid yang layak di gunakan untuk pengeringan dengan kapasitas 7 tingkat trey, hasil pengujian menyatakan temperatur memenuhi untuk proses pengeringan cengkeh yg di inginkan

This research was conducted to find out hybrid clove drying station temperature analysis in tajun buleleng bali village. In particular to check the performance of the hybrid temperature clove dryers found on each rack and compare the results of clove drying with natural dry matter. The drying of the cloves is dried on a traditional shelf. The method of this research is R & D, as follows: (1) determining clove dryers design size (2) determining shelf rackage (3) removal of equipment and materials needed (4) clove drying assembly (5) measuring inside and outside temperature Hybrid clove dryer. The focus of this study is the performance of hybrid drying units that have been made, namely: (1) dry clove temperature from each rack. The result of this research is a proper hybrid drying unit used for drying with a trey 7 level capacity, the test results stated that the temperature is satisfied for the desired clove drying process
